AN OASIS IN THE CENTER OF MILAN
Varese10 is a project by ARASSOCIATI developed in an urban context where one can find the elegance of the historical Milanese buildings. It’s located in one of the most exclusive areas of Milan. With its large loggias and terraces giving it light and transparency, makes it a key point to this prestigious residential complex.
The building is developed on six floors above ground, two underground levels for garages and a lower ground floor with common areas exclusive for residents only. The building has several kinds of apartments which can be composed of on different levels. One of the most appreciated particularities is the internal courtyard. With its innovative garden designer and the open areas for private use it gives it a unique touch of liveability.
